Includes other Talmudic extracts and corrections to the Sepher Nitzachon of Rabbi Yom-Tov Lippmann Mülhausen.

Vellum. Frontispiece full-page engraving of the Sotah being taken to be tested by the priests. Ten engraved plates and seventeen in-text engravings by Cornelius Nicolas Schurtz. Title page printed partly in red ink. All edges stained gray. [48], 1234, 88 pp. 

Firm and square. Headband slightly loosened. Covers soiling with bump to bottom front corner. Endpapers age toning and perforations, possibly worming. Various brief pen & pencil notes to front and rear pastedowns; special collection notation to title page verso. Else free of markings. Front and rear hinges gathered at top with minor chipping to the papers there. Ffe bottom corner loss. Internal pages predominantly bright with toning around the plates.
