Inscribed by Helen Rushmore just below "May the rain gods look upon you with favor."
Bound in adobe sand cloth with blue titling to spine, blue band to spine and front, mythical bird to front. VG. Clean, square, and tight. Spine ends softened. Mildest brushes to corners. Gift inscription penned beneath those of the author and illustrator. No other markings.
Bright illustrated dust jacket protected in mylar sleeve shows light touches along spine.
